Online Aftercare Service For New Homebuyers Launched

In line with our ongoing commitment to continually improving customer service, Shingler’s has launched an online aftercare service for new homebuyers, which will be rolled out to new homeowners by the end of this year.  This new development follows the success of our online service – MyHome – launched last year to take the stress out of the home buying process.  This new online aftercare service will support the face-to-face service and care provided by the Shingler team.

Online Aftercare Service For New Homebuyers

By the end of this year new homebuyers at Shingler Homes’ latest developments – Perry View and The Beeches – will have access to our online aftercare service. The new aftercare system allows Shingler’s to provide a comprehensive aftercare service, specifically allowing new homebuyers to raise snags and to monitor their progression online.   If a new homeowner has any issues relating to the construction or finish of their new home they can make a report online via the new aftercare service with the knowledge that it is fully tracked and documented, with all parties kept up-to-date.

Whilst delivering clear benefits to new homeowners our new online aftercare service has supported the improvement of internal process and quality control through the effective communication and escalation of any issues arising, supporting our commitment to continuous service improvement.
